Smart Charger Debugger (SCD.exe)
	SCD.exe Utility	The Smart Charger Debugger (SCD.exe) provides an easy method to enter commands and monitor the data communications to and from a Tri-M "smart" power supply.  All communications is displayed in the same manner as the protocol definition in the HESC firmware manual.
